As I mentioned in my application, I was thrilled to see such a dream role become available at Rapha. As a long-suffering London cyclist I rushed to apply, and I’m crossing my fingers here. I imagine you’re getting hundreds of applications, so I thought I’d highlight here why I think I’m perfect for the position:

• I have several years experience in owning, creating and delivering strategic and tactical plans across multiple industries - including Kano, a startup that created computer kits for kids.

• I also  have tons of hands-on ecommerce experience within Digital Marketing, Website Development, CRO, UX, SEO, managing teams of all sizes and backgrounds, etc.

• I have managed and coached teams to greatness - particularly in my last role, where I managed a Digital Marketing team out of Casablanca, Morocco, and also travelled frequently to other country offices to support their Digital Marketing efforts.

• I’m a big advocate of data-led decisions - I had to fight a few times against the ‘chairman wife’s’ issue in my 11 or so years in Digital, but in the end, data wins. I’m GA4 certified, and since leaving my last role have been deeply focused on learning as much about AI and Machine Learning applications as humanly possible.

• I’m a peoples’ person. I’m older than what I think will be your average applicant, which also means I have years of training in soft interpersonal skills. That translates well into the day to day of forging lasting relationships with teams.

Other than that, I’m really genuinely an easy going guy with a good sense of humor who doesn’t really panic under pressure, and I would love the opportunity to show what I’m capable of.
