This was the role where I stepped up to a more senior position, being truly in charge of multiple country teams and managing Digital Marketing holistically in different regions and languages, dealing with localised issues and projects, managing third party agencies and reporting to board level stakeholders.

eaglemoss was also where i found my real calling - managing and coaching teams to greatness, using my experience in all areas of digital to inform the way I guided and mentored them. I found that by listening, supporting and yes, showing the occasional tough love, I was able to gain their trust and bring the best out of them.

Coming out of a job where the start up mentality was the big driver also meant that I was comfortable leading from the front and setting good examples to follow.

sadly, eaglemoss went into Administration in September 2022.
